Kironin Central is a sanctuary for dreamers, for those who are lost and searching for a way to return to themselves. The people who come here either have a goal of some sort, a dream, a wish that they want to see realized, whether it is becoming a world-renowned chef, to refine their powers, or simply to write; or they have just somehow stumbled upon the place and decided to stay. Some may decide to help assist others in obtaining their dreams, some may discover that upon arriving, they are hit by a sudden urge to get something accomplished.
