Okay, so people hate when I spam boards, but no offence. I think this site needs some criticizing. Now, I know what'cha thinking. Probably something like this:
'Why in the world do I care what this person types? It's my site I can do what I want *clicks delete*'

I think it's an amazing site, it's really easy and a great site. Now onto the the criticizing.
Firstly, let's start with the skin. Personally I don't really like the skin, it's really bright and all, but it's actually a really great skin, but you should check out here . It's a great site to check out for skins for proboards. I know, you worked hard on it, I'm just suggesting things. There are a TON of sites like this, so feel free to check them out. Just look for the affiliates area.
Secondly, Graphics and sidebars. Okay, the graphics are okay, but they are wayyyyy to large for the sidebars. You need to resize them or just make the fonts smaller. Just make the IMAGES SMALLER. If you want your site to be really pretty. Get a graphic designer, probably one of the site, I suggest this girl here. She's already got a signature and by the looks of it. She's pretty good, but that's just adding text to a image. If you PM for the job of a Graphic Designer -just saying if- ask her to show some more of her work, and if you like her, then hire her. The side bars are fine and all, but wheres the credits.
Now, for the applications. See, I don't really like the idea of how your doing things here, but I get it. It's your site, you can do it how you like. What I would suggest is to have on Sorting Ceremony like this site did it. Where they just post their applications in the thread and then you sort them. Or you can do it, where they fill in applications and then just post it in a new thread in the Sorting Ceremony. Instead of having two places to post.
Another, thing I would recommend is to hire staff, maybe just like the first three people to sigh up for the site or something like that. For staff I would say an admin, a co-admin, two gobal moderators, an advertising mod and a graphic coordinator. Then you could split the load for taking care of the site.
Of the Months, for this, you don't need to have a separate box for every category, you could just do it so that all of them are in the same box, but just my suggestion.
Quidditch, I would say that's not really needed because you can just put whose on the Quidditch Team in their profiles and what not.
Coding, now coding is a BIG thing, because people only want to join sites that look pretty. So, I would recomend checking out ProBoards Support for Different Codes.
Okay, so this is what I make of our site. It's good, but it could be waaay better. If you need any help, I will NOT be on this account after this. My friend, who actually plays Talon on this site, is always open to help out. Just tell her K.D recommended her. Remember this is all on MY opinion and what I think about the site, feel free to completly ignore this and all. I do know it's YOUR site and I wish for you too do what I like. I was just mearly giving some advice and some helpful tips.
